ALLERGY POLICY

We care about your health
and please read this policy carefully
to make your experience as safe as possible.

Please inform CookingWithLuca of any food allergies you have when booking the class. Our facility is not an allergen-free environment, and cross-contamination is a common occurrence. In some cases, simply substituting certain ingredients allows us to accommodate your needs.

CookingWithLuca uses nuts, dairy products, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, seafood, and many other foods that can cause allergic reactions. CookingWithLuca is aware of potential allergies to these foods and the severity of reactions that some people may experience.
In the interest of the safety and comfort of all participants in our cooking experiences, we have adopted a “GENERAL ALLERGY POLICY.” This policy applies to everyone participating in a CookingWithLuca cooking experience.

Please download the allergy waiver form below and, if necessary, fill it out before booking the experience and hand it to the host at the start of the experience. If you can’t download the form, don’t worry—just let us know via message, and we’ll provide you with a printed copy that you can fill out right at the start of the experience.

CookingWithLuca reserves the right to deny access to the culinary experience on the day of the event (without a refund) if a participant has a known allergy and has not disclosed it prior to attending the class or has not completed the liability waiver form.

Our Cooking experience is not suitable for VEGANS, CELIACS and for people with SEVERE FOOD ALLERGIES

You accept the dietary restrictions.

14 ALLERGENS

Food allergens are substances in food that can trigger an allergic reaction in some individuals.  When a person with a food allergy eats even a small amount of allergen, their immune system mistakenly identifies it as harmful and releases chemicals like histamine, causing allergy symptoms. These reactions can range from mild symptoms, like itching or hives, to severe and life-threatening conditions, such as anaphylaxis. The only way to manage a food allergy is to avoid the food that makes the person ill.
