COOKING EXPERIENCE IN CINQUE TERRE

This is the right class for you to learn how to make from scratch our local handmade PASTA (Trofie), their condiment (PESTO Genovese) and, to forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen, the creamy TIRAMISU', according to the traditional technique and to the recipe of my grandmother.
The experience takes place in an authentic XVI century private house in Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre) located in the village center. 
After few steps you can appreciate the stunning view of the village and the sea from the roof terrace on the 3rd floor of the house. 
The characteristic colored tower-houses are built following the steep orography of the hill and give a fantastic glance above all from the sea.

HOW THE EXPERIENCE UNFOLDS
After some steps you’ll meet me and my dog Ettore. Cheers and the activity can start around the tables already prepared. 
STEP 1 (MAKING TIRAMISU'): In this section you learn how to prepare from scratch your best traditional tiramisu. Five ingredients and it’s done! It’s easy but not too easy.
STEP 2 (MAKING PESTO): In this part of class you’ll prepare from scratch the best pesto you’ve ever tasted. Seven ingredients to match for this fragrant condiment.
STEP 3 (MAKING TROFIE PASTA): Do you like challenges? This one's for you. A traditional Ligurian pasta handmade with only 3 ingredients. The secret art of making our local treasure.
Enjoy the dishes you prepared with a glass of white wine and share conversation and a relaxed vibe with other guests.
 
THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES
- a welcome glass of prosecco;
- all ingredients to prepare the three recipes;
- the dishes you prepared paired with a glass of Cinque Terre wine;
- RC insurance;
- all taxes and fees.
 
DURATION
The cooking workshops lasts between 2,5 to 3 hours depending on the personal skills.
