Can I just show up or do I have to make a reservation?
Reservations are mandatory for guaranteed seats on all classes. Reservations help us ensuring that our groups remain small and enjoyable for the clients.

Can you accommodate people with dietary needs?
Our experiences are mainly vegetarian, except special requests. Customers must notify before booking in case of allergy and, if necessary, fill in the downloadable form on the page related to food allergies. Unfortunately some serious allergies cannot be managed.

What should I wear?
We suggest you to wear comfortable clothes. Please note that this is an experience held in a private home, so we kindly ask that you do not arrive in beachwear or with wet hair.

What do I need to bring?
We will provide all the ingredients and equipment.

What happens in case of bad weather?
The experience takes place in a private indoor home, therefore the weather does not affect the experience.

How do I reach you?
Information on how to reach us will be sent to you at the time of booking through the email you left at the time of booking. You will also receive an email 12 hours in advance with further instructions, the house rules, and a detailed map.

Is this activity suitable for people with walking difficulties or wheelchair users?
Due to the presence of a few stairs and uneven and steep surfaces, this activity is NON suitable for anyone with walking difficulties or wheelchair users.
