INTRODUCTION TO PESTO GENOVESE PART 3. Today I’ll guide you through the process of making pesto from scratch.
I was born and raised in Turin in the 1970s, and ever since I was a child, I’ve helped out in the kitchen with my family, especially when preparing special recipes for holidays—even if I sometimes made quite a mess. I studied architecture and worked for many years as a graphic designer; I love music, particularly 1980s music and alternative music. I moved to this wonderful place in 2014, and in 2017 I decided to dedicate myself to organizing experiences related to the local culture.
