CookingWithLuca must be notified at the time of your class booking of food allergies that you suffer. We are not an allergy-free facility and cross contamination is normal. In some cases the simple replacement of ingredients makes it quite possible for us to accommodate your needs.
CookingWithLuca uses nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, shellfish, seafood and many other foods that may cause allergic reactions. CookingWithLuca is aware of potential allergies to these foods and the severity of the reactions some individuals may experience.
In the interest of safety and comfort of everybody attending our cooking classes, we adopted a “GENERAL PUBLIC ALLERGY POLICY”. This policy applies to all people entering the premises, whether you attend a general CookingWithLuca cooking experience.

CookingWithLuca reserves the right to refuse entry to the cooking experience on the day (with no refund or class transfer available) if a participant has a known allergy and hasn’t informed us before attending the class or hasn’t filled in the indemnity form.
Our Cooking experience is not suitable for VEGANS, CELIACS and for people with severe food allergies
