GLUTEN FREE OPTION
This is the right class for you to learn how to make from scratch our local handmade PASTA (Croxetti) made with buckwheat, their condiment (PESTO Genovese) and, to forget the stairs you took to get to my kitchen, the creamy TIRAMISU' made with Gluten Free Ladyfingers, according to the traditional technique and to the recipe of my grandmother.
The experience takes place in an authentic XVI century private house in Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre) located in the village center.
After few steps you can appreciate the stunning view of the village and the sea from the roof terrace on the 3rd floor of the house.
The characteristic colored tower-houses are built following the steep orography of the hill and give a fantastic glance above all from the sea.
THE EXPERIENCE INCLUDES
- a welcome glass of prosecco;
- all ingredients to prepare the three gluten free recipes;
- the dishes you prepared paired with a glass of Cinque Terre wine;
- RC insurance;
- all taxes and fees.
DURATION
The cooking workshops lasts between 2,5 to 3 hours depending on the personal skills.
